Ron has over 30 years of experience working with multifamily, senior living, and healthcare properties. His understanding of the needs of owners, developers, and managers comes from direct experiences that include the development of new and substantial rehabilitation of LIHTC and market-rate properties, property management, and compliance, property due diligence and capital needs assessments, and responsibility for the operation of six large ICFMR facilities.
