Peter Hull

Peter is a Director at Gershman Investment Corp. and has been with Gershman since 2017. In his time as an underwriting analyst, he helped underwrite over 2,500 units with a combined capitalization of $500 million. Peter specializes in new construction, refinances, Historic Tax Credits, and Low-Income Housing Tax Credits. Peter is a ULI associate member, as well as a developing leader of NAIOP. While obtaining a B.S. in corporate finance from Colorado State University, Peter also played lacrosse and was captain of the team his Junior and Senior seasons.
