Matt Gustafson is an accomplished commercial real estate finance professional, currently serving as the Managing Director at Gershman Investment Corp. in their Denver office.  With a strong commitment to continuous learning, Matt brings extensive experience and expertise to every real estate deal. Having specialized in HUD-insured financing since the aftermath of the great recession, Matt possesses a comprehensive understanding of this niche area. When not focused on closing HUD deals, he cherishes quality time with his wife, Jessica, and their energetic two-year-old son, Lucas. A proud Colorado native, Matt is an avid golfer, snowboarder, and outdoor sports enthusiast. Matt is also a licensed broker in Colorado.
