Mark Unangst

Mark Unangst, Managing Director, joined Gershman in 1982.  He specializes in providing financing for all types of rental housing projects, including market rate and affordable apartments, senior housing, and all types of healthcare facilities.  He has established relationships with real estate investors across the country.  He has been involved in several real organizations, both locally and nationally.  He takes pride in working closely with his clients and providing excellent service to meet their needs. 

Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Knox College in Galesburg, Illinois.  He is married with two adult children.
