With over 15 years of experience in FHA/HUD-Insured Lending with Gershman Investment Corp., Chris has been responsible for the successful preparation of loan requests to HUD involving over a billion dollars for multifamily and healthcare projects around the nation. Chris specializes in providing financing for all types of apartment properties, senior-housing complexes, and healthcare facilities. He has completed numerous complex transactions with multiple layers of soft debt and tax credit equity. He has been involved in various real estate organizations and holds a B.S. degree in Finance from the University of Missouri-Columbia, Mizzou. His hobbies include ice hockey, golf, and spending time with his wife and three children.
