Brett Patrick

Prior to GIC, Mr. Patrick served as the Managing Director for the FHA Group at MidCap Financial Housing Capital, Inc. Before MidCap Financial Housing, Brett served as President and Owner of Pineview Capital Group until September of 2016 when MidCap Financial Services purchased his company. Mr. Patrick held a position with Johnson Capital Huntoon Hastings in which he positioned the company as a top 20 FHA lender. He assembled and managed a highly successful Production, Underwriting, Servicing, and Closing team of 12 people.

Mr. Patrick has made a career of applying a solutions-oriented, ‘win-win’ approach to selling while establishing strong, mutually beneficial client relationships. Previously, as the Managing Director of Johnson Capital, he worked closely with all 27 of their branch offices nationwide to facilitate the origination and closing of FHA loans and provided marketing tools and education. During his tenure with Johnson Capital, Mr. Patrick acted as a key principal in the oversight, direction, and management of the FHA platform and now brings his leadership expertise to Gershman Investment Corp.  Mr. Patrick has over 35 years of experience financing HUD loans, senior housing, and healthcare projects. He has successfully closed over 250 HUD transactions totaling over $2B. in loan volume.
