Ali Rode

Ali has over 40 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, the last 15 of which have been as a Senior Underwriter of HUD-insured loans. Her experience has provided her with a strong foundation for being creative in structuring transactions.  Her prior experience includes over 10 years working for real estate developers in the placement of debt and property assessment as well as working to improve properties at turns, sale, or completion. As an Asset-Manager, she has been responsible for overseeing the progress of large commercial property portfolios.  Ali was a real estate agent broker in Colorado and Arizona specializing in the sale and management of commercial and residential real estate.  She started her career in real estate in the title and escrow industry, giving her a strong understanding of all aspects of real estate transactions including the closing and placement of debt.

Ali partnered with Kevin Muesenfechter in 2021 and with Kevin’s experience as a closing attorney for HUD for 9 years and Ali’s intricate knowledge of underwriting, they provide their clients with a unique experience using HUD financing.
